fairweather vegan february

my goal for february is to do the month [almost] completely vegan.

what i hope to take out of it:
1. a greater awareness of what i'm eating
2. much more fiber in my diet
3. eliminate dairy products + excessive egg products
4. start cooking and bringing in lunches more often
5. overall health desires

in the meantime, i'm hungover and really craving fatty food. ugh.
